Q. What are the kiosks/podiums made of?
A. The 3-sided and 2-sided kiosks are made from heavy gauge aluminum using an aluminum frame. All metal joins are welded and heavy use parts (hinges, casters) are bolted as well. The Key Slot Podiums are made of heavy gauge steel and powder coated inside and out.

Q. Are the kiosks/podiums water tight?
A. Each kiosk is sealed to keep water out. Some units have tip/key slots on the countertop - and if left unsealed, these will open the kiosk to water. The countertop, the front light boxes, the drawer and the door(s) are all made to withstand and prevent rain from getting in. The Key Slot Podium's countertop is actually slanted with a rain gutter to catch excess water.

Q. How long does it take from ordering to receiving the units?
A. On in-stock units, it usually takes 2 days to process and then 2-5 days for delivery, depending on location. On custom units (3-sided and 2-sided models), it usually takes about 6 - 8 weeks to prepare the units (depending on customization level and graphics) and 2-5 days delivery. Please check with us for any production scheduling issues.

Q. How much is delivery?
A. The destination, quantity and unit selection will determine delivery prices. Please contact us for quotes. You are also welcome to use any shipping service that you choose. Our warehouse is in Norcross, Ga (just outside of Atlanta).

Q. What color is the kiosk/podium and can it be changed?
A. The kiosks come in a neutral gray/brown - PMS #405. The color can be changed (additional charge) to virtually any PMS color. The Key Slot Podiums are only offered in black - it is a textured powder coat specifically designed to withstand weather and scratching.

Q. What about the canopy or umbrella?
A. The 3-sided kiosk has an optional canopy that securely fastens into the base unit. The canopy is lit and offers different colors for the fabric top. The 2-sided kiosk and the Key Slot Podium have 2 umbrella sleeves (on either side of the countertop) which will accept most recreational style umbrellas. The sizes are 6', 7.5' and 9' - and do come in several colors.

Q. Is any assembly required?
A. No assembly is required - the kiosks and podiums come ready to use immediately. If you plan on using the backlit graphic panels, be sure there is access to electricity near the kiosk (all lights are fluorescent strips).
